Alhamdulillah, I was blessed by Allah ﷻ to perform my very first Umrah, and it was with Sarvar Travels. Being a solo traveller, I initially felt anxious and a little worried about how things would unfold. But, subḥānAllāh, the warmth, care, and homely feeling I experienced over the 15 days completely changed my perspective on travelling alone.
From food to accommodation, from the choice of hotels to the company of fellow pilgrims—everything was managed in the best possible manner. The entire team of Sarvar Travels went above and beyond to make every Haji’s journey smooth and worry-free. Alhamdulillah, all 57 of us in the group returned with hearts full of satisfaction and gratitude.
Our first Umrah was performed under the guidance of a knowledgeable guide, with proper instructions, notations, and heartfelt duʿās, making it truly an experience of a lifetime. The group leader, may Allah reward him abundantly, was extremely kind, patient, and attentive—always striving to ensure every pilgrim’s comfort, and addressing concerns with gentleness and adab.
The ziyārāt were filled with insightful historical explanations and reminders about the significance of each blessed place, reviving the Sunnah way of visiting them. The hotels provided were not only clean and well-maintained but also conveniently close to the Ḥaram, which was such a blessing.
Despite challenges with the government portal, they even managed to arrange Rawḍah permits for us—an act I truly appreciate.
I am deeply thankful to Sarvar Travels and their entire team for turning this journey into a precious memory I will cherish forever. May Allah ﷻ grant them barakah in their efforts, accept their service to the Ḥujjāj and ʿUmrah pilgrims, and reward them with the best in this world and the everlasting reward of Jannah in the Hereafter.

I had the best experience in Mecca and Madinah, everything was good, the food and the room were good, everything was good in Mecca, a bit of the food in Madinah did not seem good as compared to Mecca, I had to repeat only one food again and again, rest everything was good and I did not have any kind of problem, I got guidance for everything even in Ziyarat

I recently completed a 10-day Umrah journey to Makkah and Madinah with Sarvar Umrah India Pvt. Ltd., and overall, it was a smooth, spiritually fulfilling experience.
The hotel in Makkah was excellent in terms of cleanliness and service. Though it was a bit far from Masjid al-Haram, the 24/7 shuttle service was very frequent and reliable, making the commute easy and comfortable. In Madinah, the hotel was just a 3-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, which added immense convenience to our stay.
The tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. During the local bus tours, he consistently shared insightful information and stories from Islamic history, which enriched the experience. The only area that needs a little improvement is the food. While it was manageable, it didn’t quite meet expectations—though this could be similar with other travel agents as well.

I recently visited Makka and Madina for Umrah with my mother. It was an amazing experience with Sarvar Group.
