User Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions listed below, as well as any supplemental recommendations and future amendments, by accessing or using this site or any of its services. Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update, alter, or remove any element of these stated Terms and Conditions at any time.

The User's rights and responsibilities with respect to any services offered by Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd will be restricted to the scope of this agreement. Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate access to any of its services at any time, for any reason, without prior warning.

Third-party vendors are required to deliver certain products or services. Aside from this agreement, the User must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of such vendors. If any element of this agreement offends the User, they should not use our services.

By using the Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd website and app, the user authorises us and our agents to access third-party sites, such as banks and other payment gateways, to obtain needed information. The User should choose a password and keep it private when registering.

Any activity carried out while using the password or account is solely the responsibility of the User. In the event of unauthorised use of the account or any security breach, the User must immediately notify Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd in writing.

All content on the Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The User may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd.

Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the User's access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to the User for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the six months prior to the claim.

Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd is committed to protecting the User's privacy. All personal information collected through the website and app is used solely for the purpose of providing services and improving the User's experience.

We will not sell, trade, or rent the User's personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the requested services.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jharkhand, India.

The User agrees to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws.

Sarvar Umrahs India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to review this agreement periodically.

Continued use of the website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If the User does not agree to the modified terms, they should discontinue use of the services immediately.
