The Saudi Ministry of Haj and Umrah limits each pilgrim to performing Umrah once during Ramzan.
This decision was made to enable all other pilgrims with the opportunity and options to undertake Umrah during Ramzan or Ramadan 2023.
Because of Heavy Rush. Ramzan is the holy month for Muslims all across the world, and many opt to conduct Umrah during this time. But, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that Umrah pilgrims are not permitted to repeat throughout Ramzan, and they are only permitted to perform it once during the entire month.
This decisive move is intended to provide an opportunity for all other pilgrims who wish to conduct Umrah throughout the holy month and can perform the rituals alongside them.
There are no options. It is possible to change the Umrah date, but Umrah pilgrims must first delete their previous appointment through the Nusuk app before entering the permit time, after which they can issue a new permit.
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the appointments are updated on a regular basis, and that if pilgrims do not find a date for reservation, they can seek for another date at a later time.
The decision was reached to allow all pilgrims who choose to undertake Umrah throughout the holy month to do so.
The Nusuk App -2023
Visitors must utilize the Nusuk App to receive an Umrah permit for performing. The ministry also instructed pilgrims to adhere to the date and time as there is no way to change it in the system. If a pilgrim wishes to make adjustments, the previous permit must be revoked and reapplied for.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) said earlier this year that there is no maximum or minimum number of times a pilgrim can do Umrah in the kingdom. Yet, it is required to follow the direction to make an appointment for a specified time to do the pilgrimages, according to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in response to questions.
The government underlined that anyone who entered the Kingdom on a visit, tourist, or work visa is permitted to undertake Umrah.

Islamic experts strongly advise performing Umrah during Ramzan.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah wants to make Umrah accessible to everyone who wish to perform it by limiting the number of times a pilgrim can perform it.
